Scholarship Application |
| An Annual Scholarship to a graduating high school senior from Holy Family Parish is being sponsored by the Holy Family Scholarship Committee. Basic minimum award of $500 is to be paid to the college of your choice.
2010 Scholarship Application
Completed application, including your reference letters and transcripts, must be mailed together to the address below and postmarked no later than APRIL 16th. DO NOT return your completed application to Holy Family Parish office.
